Outside and within
Great Locations
The Sandown Bay Holiday Centre (SBHC), which Chalet 28 is part of, is at Yaverland, Isle of Wight – a small village alongside Sandown Bay (5 miles of all-sand beaches) and just beyond the northern boundary of Sandown, one of the Island’s four main holiday resorts.
It’s a small private estate of self-catering holiday homes of all bungalow-style brick chalets – no caravans, trailers, camper vans, or tents – managed by the chalet owners for the benefit of themselves and their guests. The general public have no rights of way, nor permitted use of the Site road, car parks, or facilities.
In a prime position within the SBHC, Chalet 28 is near the southern edge and south facing towards the sea that’s just 150 yards away. It’s part of a short terrace of four chalets with large grassed areas both front and back, and it’s own private fenced sun terrace. Wide concrete paths lead to free car parking at the back (35 yards away); and towards the site boundary/ footpath 100 yards in front.
