28 Sandown Bay Holiday Chalet is a brick-built, double-glazed holiday home situated within the well-known Sandown Bay Holiday Centre in Yaverland on the Isle of Wight, just beyond the major seaside holiday resort of Sandown. This 4-6 sleep holiday home is self-catering, and dog-friendly. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, outdoor table and chairs, and offers free parking and a green.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then you will enjoy staying in this chalet, with the added health benefits of clean air and great walks.

Sandown Bay Holiday Centre is already a popular choice for holiday-makers searching for cost-effective high-quality holiday accommodation. This peaceful family site has a big grassed area, where one can unwind while seeing the youngsters play.

You are able to take a walk from Sandown Bay Holiday Centre to the shops in Sandown in roughly 15 minutes, where you will find the Isle of Wight Zoo, the Dinosaur Isle together with supermarkets, many restaurants & gift shops, or you can catch the bus from the top of the drive.

Double Bedroom

The chalet consists of one double bedroom which has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a storage shelf unit.

Lounge

The living room space is open plan with a sofa bed, pull out dining room table with 4 chairs and a 32 inch freeview T.V with radio and DVD player.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of small appliances and utensils needed for your holiday. There is also a free standing Cooker, washing machine, Fridge with a separate small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and microwave oven.

Please Note. A coin operated electric meter which takes £1 and £2 coins is installed in the far end of the kitchen.

Bathroom

The heated bathroom has an electric shower with bath, toilet, washbasin and heater.

Booking Information

20% Deposit

In order for our guests to secure their booking we ask for a 20% deposit to be paid once a booking form is completed. The remaining balance for the holiday chalet is then paid 6 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday.

£20 Per Dog Per Stay

We do allow dogs to stay in the chalet. Either one large or two small well-behaved dogs for an additional charge of £20 per dog.

Damage Deposit

We also ask for a security deposit of £100 which we will return to you as soon as possible after your holiday, provided there has been no significant damage to the chalet or its contents, nor deep clean needed.

3 Nights Minimum Stay

Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout most of the year, but in peak season only, Saturday to Saturday bookings are available.
